Strathmore Secondary College
Strathmore is proud to be the site for the Victorian Space Science Centre. The school seeks to foster the intellectual growth of its students in a learning environment that is enjoyable and attractive. These objectives are reflected in those of the Space Science Centre.
Ken Harbottle, the previous principal of Strathmore Secondary College, was a supporter of the Centre from its inception. His contributions to the architectural design of the building and program development, played an integral role in the success of the Centre. His knowledge of education innovation and leadership helped establish VSSEC’s position at the forefront of effective educational practice.
